About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our client's team and manage their construction projects from start to finish. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The client prefers candidates who have worked on a variety of projects as they work in different sectors, both new build and refurb.

This is also a great time to join as the company are going through planned expansion, opening up progression for the right people.

Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly planned and executed
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are managed
Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role, ideally main contracting
Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
