A leader in the office supplies sector have an opportunity for an eCommerce Graduate to join their growing eCommerce team.
This entry-level role is designed for a recent graduate who is passionate about online retail, particularly with a focus on Amazon Vendor Account Management across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our Amazon business, optimizing our presence on the platform, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Vendor Account Management:
- Support the day-to-day management of our Amazon Vendor accounts across the UK and Europe.
- Assist in the execution of promotional strategies, product listings, and content optimization.
- Analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve product visibility and sales.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure consistent availability of products on Amazon.
- Handle Amazon-related queries, resolving any issues with orders, listings, or account health.
Market Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior on Amazon.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the E-Commerce Manager to drive growth and profitability in different European markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns tailored to specific regions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our Amazon strategy.
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies to enhance our Amazon presence and performance.
European Market Focus:
- Utilize your proficiency in at least one additional EU language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) to manage and optimize Amazon operations in specific European markets.
- Adapt product descriptions, promotional content, and customer communication to local languages and cultural nuances.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and account health for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs to measure and improve Amazon performance across regions.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one additional EU language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
