The main purpose of the role is to manage client projects in the form of Baxis Commercial Solutions, from the point of order right through to successful completion and client handover
The successful candidate will also oversee all aspect of the Project life cycle from the pre-contractual agreement, planning (internal & external resource), budgetary control (prepare management reports) and in all cases deliver OTIF, through a successful risk management approach.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, execute, and finalize projects within established deadlines on budget and to high standards of quality.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Efficiently allocate resources and materials to optimize project outcomes.
Ensure all aspects of HVAC projects comply with relevant regulations and standards, implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery and completion of a successful project.
Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines as necessary. Facilitate clear communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed about project status, milestones, and any potential challenges.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry best practices.
Experience in managing projects values from £30,000 to £500,000.
NEC4/JCT Project
HNC in Building Services or higher.
Proven experience as a Mechanical and electrical Project Management, within commercial new build and refurbishment projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Familiarity with relevant software and project management tools
