This is a remote position, however travel to client sites will be required. Travel will be across North East and East Anglia regions.
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Broker Relationship Manager to join our Miles Smith team. In this role, you will manage a panel of brokers, nurture existing relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. You will work flexibly across home and office, with travel to meet brokers and strengthen partnerships.
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Broker Relationship Manager to join our growing MX Commercial team. Managing a panel of existing brokers and developing new accounts.
Introducing SRG products and services to brokers and identifying growth opportunities.
Planning and executing broker engagement strategies to meet business targets.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Building strong internal and external relationships to support sustainable growth.
Experience in account management or business development, ideally within the London Market.
Background in wholesale broker relationships or new business account handling.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and database systems.
