Finance and Operations Manager Minim Healthcare is a successful, growing and busy SME, which supplies specialist surgical equipment to hospitals. As a result of our growth, we need to strengthen the Finance & Operations team with a talented new manager. The role will involve collaboration with our Head of Finance & Operations as well as engagement with other members of our team in managing the delivery of all finance and operational tasks, providing a varied range of involvement and influence across the business. No two days are the same but you can expect to be regularly involved in; financial & operational tasks, reporting, designing & building processes, regulatory tasks, ISO 9001 quality system and continual systems and process improvement and optimisation. We are looking for someone who craves a job that they really love and that gives them the opportunity to challenge themselves to develop and grow.
