As the Custodian Channel Manager, you will drive sales and manage relationships with custodian banks, brokers, and ICSDs. This will include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets within the custodian channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the custodian channel globally.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including custodian banks, brokers, and ICSDs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the custodian sector.
- Present bespoke solutions and value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Custodian Bank is Critical for this role
- Proven track record in Channel Sales, preferably within the financial services or tax recovery industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of custodian bank operations and tax reclaim processes, with both technical and commercial/client-facing experience .
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
