We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join a team of fantastic recruitment experts that hire the very best talent across our head office functions & manufacturing sites.

You will play an essential role in sourcing & attracting the very best talent for Natures Way Foods. You will act as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the full 360 recruitment life cycle. From initial role briefing & set up, to offer & onboarding. Keeping the candidate experience at the heart of everything you do, you will support our hiring managers in making the correct recruitment decisions and providing the right advice, support & recruitment tools to ensure we are the best at fresh with every hire.

Responsibilities

You will already have experience in:

  • Providing first–line support and guidance to line managers and colleagues on a variety of queries relating to recruitment processes and procedures
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels including social media platforms, job boards and professional networks
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and line manager interviews
  • Specialist and high–volume recruitment – Must be able to flex between both areas
  • Assessing applicant suitability using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure job descriptions and interview questions reflect the job vacancy requirements
  • Employer branding initiatives
  • Attending job fairs and recruitment events
  • Working with line managers to forecast hiring needs by department
  • Maintaining long–term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Creating talent pools
  • Processing offer & contract paperwork, arranging onboarding & inductions
  • Reviewing recruitment data to spot trends and areas of opportunity
  • Creating compelling adverts for our job boards and social media platforms
  • Being an advocate for D&I and championing these behaviours throughout the recruitment process.
