CAD design and engineering of Body structure systems
Support cost and weight targets throughout the design process.
Schedule design activities to meet engineering deliverables
Support styling engagement to ensure delivery of feasible design solutions with regard to manufacturing, assembly and homologation
Coordinate with Principal Engineers and Project Managers to ensure technical targets, program timings and budgetary requirements are met
Liaise with the Prototype Workshop to provide feasible design solutions
Ensure designs meet all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, and are formally verified to meet these and other specifications
15+ years of automotive body structures Catia V5 design experience
~ A positive, proactive and flexible mindset
~ Basic mechanical, material and production knowledge.
~ Fluency in English.
