We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources & Compliance Officer to join our clients team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving talent management initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of recognition and engagement within the organisation.
Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement talent management strategies and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Provide policy advice and guidance to line managers and staff on recruitment, training, and development.
Promote and implement Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and certification requirements.
Work closely with the Head of Group Health Safety & Compliance and other stakeholders to support business compliance needs.
Drive policy development and produce informative reports on HR indicators,GDPR, and diversity.
Provide HR specialist support at senior management level and handle general queries.
Support organisational development and handle trade union relationships as needed.
Report irregularities or non-compliance concerns to management promptly.
Experience in a fast-paced commercial manufacturing or logistics environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.
Understanding of how talent management supports business strategy and motivates performance.
