Undertake maintenance, refurbishment & installation works of all aspects of electrical services, including emergency lighting, electrical LV switchgear, distribution boards, mains and sub- mains cabling, containment, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
To have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and certify works upon completion in accordance with relevant certification.
To undertake reactive and planned service works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames ensuring client expectations are met.
To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
To have knowledge of multi-disciplined trades in electrical distribution systems (LV), mechanical ventilation, HVAC, chillers, plumbing/CWST systems and LTHW heating services.
To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria.
To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
Always Working in a safe manner, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Company H&S policy.
Follow on call Rota of 1 week in 5 - Monday to Sunday which comes with an additional payment per week on call.
Approved Electrician NVQ level 3 / City & Guilds 2391 / 17th edition (18th Preferred)

· Previous experience working within building maintenance, projects and minor works environment.

· Full clean driving licence.

· Flexible in approach to work scheduling

· Use of computer systems to maintain electronic work schedules
