Supervise a team while aligning with established quality and risk management systems, ensuring consistent communication and support from leadership. Proactivity, collaboration, and effective communication are crucial qualities for success in this position.
Providing comprehensive counsel on trusts, estate administration, and tax matters, including extending pro bono legal aid to union clients.
Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement business strategies aimed at expanding our Wills, Trusts & Probate department and revenue streams.
Meeting both individual and collective billing targets while upholding key performance indicators.
Generating and delivering insightful reports on case holdings, turnover, billing, and client satisfaction.
Providing legal and best practice training to team members and managing a repository of template documents.
Contributing to the firm's Lexcel accreditation by diligently adhering to quality standards.
Conducting departmental reviews, performance evaluations, and identifying training needs for continuous enhancement.
