Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustee's in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management. There are various administration opportunities available within the team due to a recent company/office acquisition and adviser expansion. Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators. Overview of the role is detailed below:

  • Client correspondence, written and verbal
  • Processing new business
  • Preparation of client review packs
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the adviser’s diary
  • Illustration requests
  • Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures
  • Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant
  • Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate
  • General back-office support using IO software
