Training Sales Executive

Our Client If you’re looking to launch your career in sales in an awesome business with tonnes of growth potential, this could be the place for you. Our client is a scaling tech business with a platform built for the recruitment industry, their software will transform the recruitment sector internationally in the next few years. As they build their sales team, they’re looking to hire a Sales Executive who will engage and attract recruitment businesses to their platform.
As a Sales Executive, you can expect a basic salary of £22-25k + a great commission structure. You will be expected to spend around 2 – 3 days per month in their Southeast office, where there is a culture of innovation, purpose, and entrepreneurial spirit.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling to new business prospects. You will be comfortable picking up the phone, calling senior leaders within recruitment businesses and not be afraid of rejection. You will work with a mix of inbound and outbound leads, and will have great support and training from the sales team around you.
You will be ambitious, hungry, and driven to have a career within sales. Whether you’re a graduate looking for your first sales role, or have some experience in B2B or B2C sales looking to move into tech, so long as you have the right mindset and drive you could be right for this role. You’ll be naturally confident, not be afraid to hold conversations with senior business leaders, and have tonnes of energy and passion.
