Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Remote – Anywhere in England
If you’re a recruitment professional with a knack for winning business and building strong client relationships, and if you prefer the client side to the candidate side, this role is for you.
This isn’t a 360-recruitment agency role; you’ll be working for a leading training provider and driving new business by promoting and selling the Flexi-Job Apprenticeship solution to employers and organisations across England.

It’s similar to winning temporary recruitment clients, but instead of placing temp workers, you'll be creating roles for apprentices.
You’ll work remotely with occasional field visits, meeting clients both virtually and in person to expand your business territory.

Support the client throughout the recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Use CRM and other systems to manage client interactions and track progress

Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in securing new business and client engagement
Flexibility to travel for client meetings (access to a car is advantageous but not essential)
Experience in selling recruitment services or similar solutions
