Warehouse Analyst

Blue Yonder WMS Analyst required by a major transport, logistics and distribution company based near Northampton, to support sites across the UK with their Warehouse Management System (WMS), Blue Yonder. This is a great opportunity to join a world class employer, establish yourself as the WMS software support champion, with a chance to later build and lead a team.
In this role, the Blue Yonder WMS Analyst will manage 'Business as Usual' support tickets, incidents, change requests, customer upgrades (which include things like design, setup and configuration). The ideal Blue Yonder WMS Analyst will already have experience with the WMS system, and have a good understanding of warehouse system architecture, enough to be capable of helping to setup the software (with vendor support) in new sites, help support the users across the group with day to day needs, and resolve critical tickets.

The role is hybrid requiring onsite attendance twice a week. A driving license is essential as you'll need to travel to sites from time to time for installs, upgrades and user training.
