At our sanctuary in Sandown, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a very special professional to become our Site Manager. This is full-time permanent position at a time where we have some of our most ambitious rescue projects yet in progress.

You’ll be responsible for the day to day efficient and safe operations of the physical site in Sandown Bay. This will include managing staff, processes and services to ensure best practice is adhered to and the most suitable environment is maintained for employees and visitors alike, adhering to all relevant health and safety practices. You will ensure the site presentation and visitor experience is exemplary at all times and will support the Chief Operating Officer in design and execution of the masterplan, project managing builds that enhance the visitor experience and fulfil the charitable objectives.

We are looking for someone with a proven history of project and facilities management and experience in budget management, statutory health and safety compliance and people management.
