CSG Talent are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a leading consumer goods business. This role has become available due to continued internal growth, and offers the perfect opportunity for an already experienced Sales Administrator to join a forward thinking, ever-growing business.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for;
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high levels of customer service at all times
- Responding to any enquiries regarding products, delivery time frames and pricing
- Briefing customers on new product launches
- Processing customer orders through the system
- Aiming to increase order values to maximise sales
- Liaising with finance, manufacturing and warehouse teams
We are seeking a Sales Administrator with;
- Circa 5+ years of experience processing customers orders
- Confidence with pricing queries (Calculators permitted)
- Strong organisational skills
- High levels of customer service
- Ability to grow customer relationships further
- Able to be based on site in Ascot 4-5 days per week
