CSG Talent are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a leading consumer goods business. This role has become available due to continued internal growth, and offers the perfect opportunity for an already experienced Sales Administrator to join a forward thinking, ever-growing business.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for;

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, delivering high levels of customer service at all times
  • Responding to any enquiries regarding products, delivery time frames and pricing
  • Briefing customers on new product launches
  • Processing customer orders through the system
  • Aiming to increase order values to maximise sales
  • Liaising with finance, manufacturing and warehouse teams

We are seeking a Sales Administrator with;

  • Circa 5+ years of experience processing customers orders
  • Confidence with pricing queries (Calculators permitted)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High levels of customer service
  • Ability to grow customer relationships further
  • Able to be based on site in Ascot 4-5 days per week
