We’re looking for an experienced Head of Information Security to join the Senior Technology management team. Strategy - Maintain and develop the information security strategy. The Ideal candidate will have a methodical way of working to carry out risk assessments and security audits, to develop a roadmap of security changes.
Team management/Leadership – a small group of security engineers will need guidance, mentorship and performance evaluation as we grow the team to support the future business. Resource allocation/Budgeting – collaborating with our delivery team to plan and allocate personnel, hardware, software and services, to ensure cost-effectiveness of the information security budget

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of relevant compliance for retail technology which is distributed worldwide.
