What You’ll Do

As our Delegate Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful planning and execution of our high-profile events. You’ll work closely with our team and clients to ensure every detail is meticulously managed, from conception to completion.

Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for our pharma clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the event lifecycle.

Event Coordination : Plan, organize, and manage events, including congresses, conferences, and other large-scale gatherings.

Compliance and Governance : Ensure all events meet company and client SLAs, while advocating for the highest data privacy standards.

Process Improvement: Lead client update calls, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our event planning process.

Global Travel : Travel worldwide to support our events on-site, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.

Technology Integration: Use event technology platforms to manage data and enhance delegate communication.

Project Management : Create detailed timelines and manage supplier deadlines to ensure projects stay on track.

What You’ll Bring

A background in AGENCY event management, ideally within a congress or events agency setting.

Experience working with pharma clients is required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A willingness to travel globally as needed.

The ability to manage multiple inboxes and meet tight deadlines.
