Student Data and Records Specialist

Job Summary
The Student Data and Records Specialist maintains the accuracy of student data and records including maintaining, reviewing, and updating student data on the student records system. The Student Data and Records Specialist undertakes a wide range of administrative and business processes to support the accuracy and maintenance of student records and the submission of statutory returns, and the development of operational and business processes to support this function. The Student Data and Records Specialist is part of the Registry Team and will work closely with colleagues both within the team and across different services to ensure that processes and systems are aligned with business and statutory reporting requirements.
Key Purpose of the RoleTo maintain and verify accurate student records on the student management information system including student personal information and change of circumstance including the accuracy of progression and award data.
To act as a point of contact for student records enquiries liaising and working with a wide range of staff and maintaining effective working relationships across the School.

Education and SkillsBachelors Degree or equivalent preferably in data analysis or equivalent.
Previous experience in HESA preferably Data Futures.
