Drafting and negotiating international client contracts, primarily software licencing agreements. Supporting the team with advice and answering questions on contract terms and conditions. Monitoring internal contract templates and updating as needed. Acting as a key point of contact for clients via email as well as through Microsoft Teams. Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company
You will have experience of reviewing contracts and ideally have a Law degree or relevant work experience.
