We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Sales Consultant to join our
team at our new store. customers in selecting the perfect bike and accessories for their next adventure. will also be responsible for conducting bike sizing, managing stock and inventory,
and supporting the management team in the day to day running of the store.

Provide expert advice on selecting bikes and
Sales: Drive sales and meet targets by engaging with customers, upselling
products, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
● Stock & Inventory Management: Handle stock control, conduct regular
checks, and ensure the store is always fully stocked.
● Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely
Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is visually
Previous retail sales experience, ideally within the cycling industry.
● Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Competitive salary up to £26,000 plus uncapped commission on sales
