A leading Law Firm based in Huddersfield are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will report into the Finance Director, assisting with ensuring the transactions and reconciliations supporting the monthly management accounts of the company are complete accurate and prepared to set deadlines.
The client also offers study support for those who wish to progress their career.
Duties of Accounts Assistant:
Dealing with both Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
Performing reconciliations on the purchase ledger accounts
Preparing proposed payment runs
Liaising with Supplier and Customer accounts departments
Reporting on debtors and creditors balances
Raising Commission Invoices to Business Partners
Completion of bank reconciliations
Preparation and posting of journals
Preparing intercompany journals and reconciliations
Adhoc accounting duties
Essential:
Minimum 3 years accounting experience
Strong Microsoft office and excel skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills

Salary: up to £25,500
