Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Succession and Career Development, guiding projects from scoping to delivery. Lead activities such as customer workshops, solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Succession and Career Development projects. Support NTT DATA Business Solutions in thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives. Participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning and demonstrations. Stay current with developments in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development modules and a good understanding of related functionality such as Opportunity Marketplace, Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio. SuccessFactors Certifications in Succession and Career Development is required; Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems. A good understanding of Succession and Career Development configuration, and reporting tools, such as SuccessFactors People Stories. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development, including hands-on configuration, integration and testing. Self-starter with a passion for learning and applying new innovations, particularly in the area of AI and next-generation talent technology.
