If you’re a commercially minded automotive leader who thrives on unlocking potential, transforming performance, and shaping a best-in-class customer experience, this role offers the platform to influence both strategic direction and operational success. Maximise divisional profitability by driving sales volume, margin performance, strong stock control and budget management.
Increase finance & insurance penetration through targeted initiatives that uplift performance.
Analyse and improve Sales CSI across the division using insights, root-cause analysis and clear action planning.
Ensure consistent, high-quality sales processes that meet Group, Manufacturer and Regulatory standards.
Support and coach General Sales Managers, providing guidance on sales challenges, operational controls and performance management
Collaborate with OEM partners to meet brand KPIs and uphold all standards.
A candidate with proven experience in an automotive divisional sales role, or a Head of Business / General Manager with a strong sales background.
Someone who is willing and able to travel across the Hyundai & Nissan Division, maintaining presence in stores as required, and is commutable to at least one site.
Someone with deep automotive sales expertise and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
A sharp analytical thinker who anticipates challenges, interprets data effectively, and takes decisive action.
