Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a small marketing team of two Executives
- Manage campaigns to support SME customers in promoting products
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership
- Create marketing briefs
- Maintain customer mailing lists using CRM Salesforce
- Develop customer communications schedule (newsletters, Ads/PR, and mailings)
- Create eNewsletters
- Oversee online presence
- Brief agencies on creative aspects
- Advise on marketing activities/budget and online marketing
- Provide sales support
- Manage new product introductions
- Coordinate events/exhibitions

Experience Required:
- Experience managing and developing a small marketing team (essential)
- B2B/B2C Marketing Campaign Experience
- Supporting Marketing strategy
- Hands-on experience with a broad marketing mix, both traditional and digital
- Developing and briefing marketing campaigns
- Briefing creative and other external agencies
- Passionate and approachable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 to £50,000
- Bonus: 20%
- Up to 10% pension
- 26 days holiday
