This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work is Monday-Thursday 8.They can be slightly flexible with the starting and finishing times. Processing of orders and off hires received by email and telephone. Production of hire contracts and purchase orders and recording of same on excel hire register. Liaising with the site team and suppliers via telephone and supported via email regarding the hire, delivery and collection of plant. Develop an understanding of supplier rates, fleet sizes and depot locations to ensure selection of the most suitable supplier. Awareness of owned plant availability and target utilisation. Develop basic technical knowledge of plant and provide advice on appropriate solutions for given circumstances. Assist with plant damage and maintenance administration when required Assist with breakdown reporting when required Weekly report production General administration Maintain internal confidentiality. Proactively promote Health & Safety and Environmental awareness and policies.
