Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Utilise diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
Implement the approved curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students and collaborate with parents to support student development.
Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary school level.
Strong passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
