PE Global is recruiting Material Handlers on behalf of a leading organisation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. These roles are based on-site in Swindon, UK , working 40.25 hours per week on a 2 days / 2 nights / 4 off shift rotation (07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00) . The position offers an hourly rate of £13.90 and is available to start ASAP on an initial 3-month contract , with the potential for extension and eventual permanent hire. This is a fully on-site position with no home working options . 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Deliver materials to manufacturing and packaging lines according to production schedules. Remove and store or dispose of excess packaging materials. Pick up, transfer, and shrink-wrap pallets of finished products. Accurately complete documentation for all material movements. Maintain compliance with cGMP, GDP, MHRA regulations, and internal SOPs. Keep workspaces clean, organised, and ready for audits. Follow manual handling and safety procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Report any hazards, deviations, or non-conformances. Work collaboratively with key internal departments to support operational flow. 🔹 Requirements: Experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE desirable), MS Office, and inventory processes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
