  • Create and update training materials.
  • Address system issues with software providers.
  • Share relevant system updates with colleagues.
  • Improve staff competence with the rostering system.
  • Perform data cleansing as needed.
  • Identify and reduce common errors through process changes and training.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure services meet Health & Social Care Act 2008 regulations.
  • Set and achieve KPIs with the Director.
  • Plan, record, deliver, and report activities against KPIs.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to promote high quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective service delivery with clear monitoring and auditing procedures.
