Night Registered Nurse

Our client, a family-run care group, is on the hunt for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join their team. They're known for their welcoming atmosphere and dedication to quality care for the elderly.
This role offers a competitive salary of £21.00 per hour. You'll be part of a encouraging team, working in a positive environment that values career development. Our client is a family-run care group that provides top-notch residential and nursing care for the elderly. Promoting high standards of nursing care in partnership with the care and management team.
Supervising staff appropriately and ensuring the smooth running of the shift.
Performing general nursing duties, updating care plans, and administering safe medication in line with CQC and NMC guidelines.
Being reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home.An hourly rate of £21.6 weeks of paid annual leave (pro rata).
A pension scheme.
Free on-site parking.
Enhanced rates for overtime.
4 days accredited training per annum towards pin registration.
NMC paid.Have current NMC registration and a valid pin.
Have experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Understand regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
