This is a brand new role with lots of autonomy within an expanding business which would offer excellent progression for the right candidate It is a great opportunity for someone to grow and develop a new department with the potential to become part of the senior management team1

This role offers the opportunity to work for a true market leader and established global brand. With progressive training and development this role allows potential promotion in the longer term. Taking calls and emails from customers raising issues to engineers or external support where needed
Investigating issues remotely using online software
Brand new part of the business, working with senior management to set up processes and systems
An understanding of BMS Systems, software and terminology
High level of customer service and IT
