Our client, a leading customer service company, is seeking 3 motivated individuals to join their team on a temp to perm basis. With an hourly rate of £12 and a supportive work culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your customer service career.

Provide exceptional customer service on phone and email
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account
Telephone calls to determine why payments remain outstanding
Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential)
Previous customer service experience within a telephone based role

* Full-time, 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am-5.Contract Type:

* Temp to perm

Hourly Rate:

* £12 per hour
