Vehicle Technician

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced LGV Technicians / Mechanics for our client based in Nottingham. 37 hours per week, NO weekends.
- To maintain, inspect, repair and test Class 4, 5 (light) and 7 vehicles for both internal and external customers
- Carry out fault diagnosis on complex hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Use diagnostics equipment and Autodata to quickly diagnose and fix faults.
- To attend broken down or accident damaged vehicles and effect permanent or running repairs as required.
- To carry out class 4 and 7 MOT inspections.
- To ensure that all Health and Safety policies, practices and procedures in respect of the workshop environment are adhered to and ensure that all work areas are kept in a safe and clean condition.
