We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this close-knit brigade, preparing dishes under their Michelin Star Head Chef.

The Perks

The Junior Sous Chef will receive:

- A competitive salary of up to £34,000 dependent on experience - 4 day working week - Time off at Christmas - Fantastic development opportunities in a Michelin star environment - Every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as your days off

The Place

Our client is a stunning Michelin star, 4 AA rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the Surrey Hills in Dorking. The restaurant has won multiple awards and is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.

The Person

The Junior Sous Chef will have:

- Experience in a Michelin/fine-dining venue is preferred but not essential, a Junior Sous with a strong fresh food background would also be considered - The desire and motivation to develop in a fine dining environment - Great communication skills and a dynamic approach - Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best produce - Living locally to Dorking or having your own reliable transport is essential
