A Welding Coordinator supports the Senior Welding Engineer in the delivery of the Tasks and responsibilities associated with ISO14731
 
Reporting to Senior Welding Engineer, primarily responsible for coordination of WPQR’s, which includes test pieces procurement & machining, technique development, PWHT & Mechanical testing;
Assisting in performance of repair investigations
Assisting in the compilation of WPS’and Welding Data Packages.
Assisting in the compilation of welding related process procedures.
Subcontractor review of Post Weld Heat Treatment procedures
Assisting review of subcontractor procedures
Assisting in the suitability of welding equipment
Researching and implementing new technology/welding processes to aid in improving production.
Providing technical input to the welding team. 
Coordination of Production test coupons
Completes any other duties as assigned by the Senior Welding Engineer.
