As a Site Manager for their flat roofing and waterproofing projects, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of their installations from start to finish. Resource Management: Allocate labour, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste, while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Quality Assurance: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, site logs, and as-built drawings, to facilitate communication, track progress, and support claims and change orders.
Mentor and coach site personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement to enhance performance and drive excellence in project execution.
Construction Management Experience: Proven experience in site management, preferably in the installation of flat roofing and waterproofing systems or related construction projects.
* Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, construction techniques, and industry best practices, with the ability to interpret design drawings and specifications.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges encountered during project execution and make informed decisions under pressure.
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) is preferred.
