The OD Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. You'll work closely with senior leadership and Lotus Executives to develop and implement strategies that align with Lotus' goals and values and deliver our Vision80 strategy and beyond. You will drive high performance and USLot Values and Behaviour's.
Your new role
As part of the Lotus team, you'll push boundaries You'll bring people together and embed a high-performance culture. The role has 3 direct reports and the site headcount is 1000. You'll be responsible for the following areas: Strategic planning, Talent Development and Performance, Employee Experience - Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Change Management and Transformation and Collaboration/Communication.
Please note, only applicants with automotive and/or Tier 1 automotive sector experience will be considered.
Essential
- Automotive and/or Tier 1 automotive sector experience is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, HR, Business Admin or related field
- Proven experience in organisational development and change management/ transformation in a rapidly moving industry sector / organisation
- Extensive experience with HR technologies, ideally SAP Success Factors
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Familiar with OD methodologies, assessment tools and performance metrics
- Knowledge of legal requirements for OD, recruitment, diversity and people
Desirable
- Masters level qualification
- International experience
- Work experience in listed companies
- Additional specialist certificate e.g. Coaching, Assessment, Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce planning, HR Analytics Leadership Capabilities
- Manufacturing, project driving industrial experience
