Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Service Up to £50,000 Per Annum + Outstanding Bonus Structure

Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside one of the leading Children’s Care and Specialist Education provider. They have a portfolio of Residential Services, Specialist Schools and for children and young people with Autism and complex needs such as Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

Together we are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential service.

4 bedded home providing the highest quality therapeutic care grounded in an understanding of trauma and attachment,
Rated “Good” overall by Ofsted

Accountability for delivering high quality care within the home.
You will be responsible for delivery of quality care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day to day management matters.
Working Alongside other professionals, you will provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child focused on obtaining the best outcomes.
To always act as a positive role model to colleagues and children
Responsible for mentoring of staff, organisation of work patterns, facilitation of care focused training, performance reviews and appraisals
The protection, safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of the children and young people.

Strong Background working with Children is a similar setting
~ Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
~ A very Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures
~ Experience of budgets and financial management.
~ Full driving licence is essential.
