About the Role:

As an Associate Director, you will bring your expertise in Masterplanning with a particular focus on the Middle Eastern market. Your role will involve leading complex projects and managing large teams, ensuring the efficient and knowledgeable use of industry software and workflows. You will also coordinate work with remote teams and travel abroad as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Masterplanning projects with a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and its cultural and design context.
  • Demonstrate strong management skills, including delegation, organization, and leadership of large teams and complex projects.
  • Oversee workflows and industry software to ensure efficient project management.
  • Coordinate with wider consultant teams, track scope changes, and manage project risks.
  • Utilize Business Management system for project management.
  • Exhibit creativity in hand sketching masterplans, urban design solutions, and innovative project approaches.
  • Stay calm under pressure, especially when working to project deadlines.
  • Promote a positive, can-do attitude and strive for success.
  • Increase the practice's presence on LinkedIn by promoting relevant projects.
  • Build your professional network by participating in industry events.
  • Support Directors in evolving the team to enable London MP growth and participate in Business Plan creation.
  • Develop skills in Business Management Systems to ensure smooth project operations.
