Our client issearching for a visionary leader to spearhead their Enterprise RiskManagement (ERM) program. As the Head of Risk and Insurance, you willplay a pivotal role in safeguarding their organisation's successby proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating insurance risksacross all facets of the business.

Who You Are:

  • Aseasoned insurance professional with a proven track record of buildingand implementing robust insurance frameworks.
  • An expert inrisk identification, assessment, mitigation, and control strategies.
  • Experience at managing insurance portfolios
  • Askilled communicator with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively with senior leadership across all departments.
  • Apassionate advocate for fostering a proactive risk management culturethroughout the organisation.
  • Experience within insuranceregulations a plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead thedevelopment, implementation, and continuous improvement of theenterprise-wide ERM program.
  • Manage insurance policy
  • Partner with business unit leaders to identify and assess keystrategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Manage the group insuranceportfolio and place/renew insurance policies for the Group
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and controls tominimise potential losses.
  • Oversee risk reporting activitiesand ensure clear and concise communication of risk information tosenior management.
  • Manage relationships with brokers.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and ownership throughoutthe organisation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging risks and industrybest practices in ERM.
