Employment Solicitor/Senior Solicitor

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm
Our esteemed client, a prominent regional law firm with multiple offices across England, is seeking an experienced and skilled Employment Solicitor to provide guidance on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, strategic management and organisational development, redundancies, employment tribunals, and employee transfer.
Respond to basic commercial and charitable enquiries
• A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in Employment Law or a newly qualified solicitor with relevant experience in Employment Law during their training contract
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Proficiency in case management software
• Attractive salary package dependent on experience and qualifications
• Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working options
• 25 days' annual holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays
• Annual bonus scheme tied to fee income targets
• Monthly holiday bonus scheme (extra days holiday for achieving monthly income targets)
