Join a dynamic team within a well-known branded restaurant in the Dartford. As the Deputy General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing staff performance, and ensuring smooth operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards to deliver a consistent guest experience.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for revenue growth and cost management.
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a branded restaurant environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive salary up to £34,000 per annum.
