Revenue and actions-based pay rise incentives, competitive basic salary, weekly, monthly, half-year, and yearly incentives

175,000 to £200,000 OTE (Based on the current performance of peers in the business)
Wanting to step into a management role and gain a better understanding of how to lead from the front
Experienced operating in the mid to senior-level Healthcare sector market
An experienced Permanent Recruiter with previous billings of £120k+
