As a Reading Plant core team member you play an essential role in the organisation delivering results in-line with the CBN requirements. · Attend to and correct machine stoppages and to rectify where possible.

· Carry out equipment and/ or system ownership tasks, CIL, defect identification and PO creation.

· Carry out defect fixing and basic mechanical tasks by following documented procedures.

· Ensure equipment is running inline with centrelines and agreed standards

· Participate in changeovers, process adjustments and product changes on line following defined standards.

· Use knowledge and experience to constantly challenge and improve the changeover process
