Head of Production – Fast-Growing Sustainability Tech Company Location: Are you ready to lead production in a company that’s tackling one of the biggest sustainability challenges on the planet? Our client is a rapidly growing B2B technology business using smart AI and IoT solutions to dramatically reduce pesticide use worldwide. Reporting to the COO, the Head of Production will manage operations across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality. You will lead an initial team of 6+, with scope to grow, ensuring the company delivers high-quality products on time and continues to scale efficiently.

Oversee the supply chain to meet quality standards and lead times.
Develop and maintain high-quality processes in manufacturing and logistics.
Ensure the quality of all products delivered to customers.
Lead, mentor, and grow the production team.
Implement and monitor production KPIs.
Use data-driven insights to identify and implement process improvements.

3+ years’ experience managing production teams of 4+ people.
~ Experience with electro-mechanical supply chains, including offshore suppliers.
~ Advanced degree in Manufacturing, Management, or equivalent industry experience.
~ Proven track record of process improvement in operational or manufacturing settings.
~ Hands-on experience with formal quality management systems.
~ Experience with project management and data analysis tools (Jira, Asana, PowerBI, Tableau).
