Job Description:
  1. Aligning the interfaces between CON (Construction) Package, ECS+T (Export Cable Supply & Termination) and ACS+T (Array Cable Supply & Termination) Contractors
  2. Ensuring the maritime logistic for the Array Cable and Export Cable Contractors according to contracts
  3. Ensure a safe working environment offshore
  4. Ensure implementation of previous lessons learned (LLs) related to the termination scope into the project
  5. Ensure registration of LLs related to the termination scope
  6. Single point of contact between Termination & Testing (T&T) supervisors, T&T contractor and Technical Scope Manager
  7. Defining the Package requirements for tendering of the maritime logistics for ECS+T and ACS+T Packages by CON (as required)
  8. Defining the Contractors needs for Offshore Works
  9. Ensure all load-out activities are coordinated with the Offshore Cable Installation (OCI) department and incoterms, tests, hand-over certificates are properly aligned. This include supervision of load-out activities
  10. Ensure the project schedule (including OCI) is fully aligned with the offshore termination scope
  11. Ensure logistics relevant activities are fully understood and aligned (e.g. lifting, storage, vessel facilities, rescue concept, crew change, tools, HSE needs, material flow from/to Site) are aligned and planned in before mobilization
  12. Managing logistics for delivery of accessories between the warehouse and construction sites, including Offshore Substations (OSS) and Transition Joint Bays (TJB)
  13. Managing logistics for mobilising supervisors and personal to site
  14. Leading and organizing the client supervisor/client representative team, including rotation schedules, onboarding, checklist preparation and completion
  15. Making informed decisions quickly on-site to minimize stand down
  16. Ensuring all contractors and client supervisors are up to date with necessary training (GWO, site induction, electrical safety, etc.)
  17. Review all logistics, installation manuals and site acceptance test (SAT) relevant documents (incl. as-built documentations) both internally from the project and externally from the contractors
  18. Review contractor RAMS for safe and high-quality execution of offshore works
  19. Review and registration of NCRs in Synergi during offshore termination scope
  20. Mapping all deliverables and activities related to the offshore termination works
  21. Ensure progress for the submittal of deliverables (incl. accessories) from the Contractor and internal stakeholders
  22. Internal knowledge sharing
  23. Project Manager (PMI) with good understanding and experience of Offshore Construction Management, Termination and Testing works
  24. Working in a structured and analytic way
  25. Good communication skills
  26. Fully GWO certified (for offshore visit, where applicable)
  27. Skills in HV/MV cable jointing/termination (incl. offshore field joints), cable ladder/cleating systems, subsea cable hang off systems, earthing and bonding of cable systems
  28. Strong QHSE awareness in an industrial/construction/offshore sector
  29. Ability to interpret industry standards, TRs and familiar with HVC and FOC testing
  30. Familiar with high voltage equipment in general, including in array cables, export cables and associated accessories
