What you'll be doing as a Assistant General Manager :
Assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a successful drinks-led pub
Coaching and mentoring other Managers and Supervisors
Taking responsibility for sales, profit, and customer experience targets
Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
Training and developing team members
Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
Ensuring product and service standards
Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
