Senior Night Nurse - £24.00/hr 48hrs a week - Permanent

Downham Market Full Time

48 hours per week (4 x 12hr Nights, 8pm-8am inc alternative weekends) Please notewe are only accepting candidates with aUK active NMC PIN and at least 2 years UK Nursing experience. Our nursing care homes provide specialist care for those with long-term illness or disability where more complex medical support is required.

Ourqualified nursing team are available 24 hours a day to provide medical and other forms of specialised support. Respecting older people and recognising each resident as a unique individual, our nurses provide not just high-quality nursing skills, but truly person-centred care.

About the Role: To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life. To provide professional leadership and support to the staff. To ensure professional support to residents and relatives. To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties. To take particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Care Manager.
