We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Technical Sales Representative to join our client’s small team and work alongside the Director of the company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one other major European language, preferably French, German, Dutch or Italian. The company specialises in designing, building, and installing automation systems unique to the needs of their clients. Your role will be to target, approach, and pursue potential and existing customers in the food industry both locally and internationally. Who are we? We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our wonderful client base. Duties will include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while generating revenue and achieving up-selling targets across central European markets
  • Engage with potential leads to identify optimal offerings
  • Research new prospect business that you can approach
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotes and tenders for automation systems
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions
  • Hand over sales orders to the Projects Department
  • Maintain the sales database
  • Occasionally visiting clients – locally and internationally
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries via telephone, email, and video calls
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Attend tradeshows
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Engineering/ Mechanical background
  • At least 3 years' experience in a technical sales role
  • UK driving Licence and your own transport
